Well, it looks like this is the last official week of summer. The farmers are cutting corn and that means fall is right around the corner. I’ve had a good summer and hope you have too, but I admit I’m ready for the hot, hot weather to be over.
With the final touches on the Pears and Bears project, this will be the last of the technique videos in this series. I hope you’ve enjoyed them and have found them to be helpful. Thank you to those who have written to comment on them.
When I started out on this adventure I had no idea where it was going, and you’ve seen me add things along the way. The little design finally did progress into a rather cute little piece. I didn’t place it very well on my demo paper, so I think I’ll cut an odd shaped mat and frame it.
I’m willing to make the project available in a pattern packet and will get it listed on my website this week so if you would like to practice the techniques along with me, you can do it and end up with a cute little project. Buy the packet here
Thanks for following along with me. Remember, you can click on “older posts” at the bottom of the blog page to see all the other videos or you can watch them all on You Tube. Just go to You Tube and search my name Ronnie Bringle
I’m planning to start another series of videos later in the fall, probably the end of November or at the beginning of December. So stay subscribed for that!
But we’ll be talking again before that! Until then………..
Keep those brushes busy
Welcome To My New World
My name is
I now live in the sunny state of Florida with my Hubby Dear and our aging Miniature Schnauzer named Bitsy. We've left the two un-named cats and the chickens in Kansas - traded for swim suits and beach umbrellas. I'm still an Arts and Crafts Junkie, an Americana Collector, and I live for the smell of paint and glue. Join me on my Artful Journey through paint, paper, and textiles. Life Is Good!
